MASSAGE OIL FOR ACHING BACKS
To relieve the pain of inflammation, combing in equal parts: Arnica oil, St. John’s Wort oil and castor oil.
Gently massage into the sore back, and even the legs and arms.
You will find these oils in your favorite health food store.
Arnica is especially good for inflammation. When my husband had dental surgery, he took a tincture of arnica, orally, and the oral surgeon was amazed at how little swelling my husband had afterward!
