SUNBURN RELIEF
To relieve sunburn pain, put several teabags in your bath and soak your pain away! Black tea is the prop
er tea to use.
To carry this remedy with you, place brewed tea in a spray bottle, then refrigerate until chilled through.
Spray on your skin when you feel the heat.
Also good for Multiple Sclerosis patients to cool the body!

Another solution would be not to use white towels! Then the stains wouldn't be so obvious!
However, I must say that the cure worked so well for me that I would definitely do it again and try to deal with the stains somehow! I had such a bad burn (the nurse said it was sun poisoning) and this was the only thing that helped! They told me it was the tanin in the tea. (I don't know if I spelled that right.) It happened about 30 years ago, and I had forgotten about it until reading your article!

The tea/tannin not only helps relieve the pain of sunburn (and other minor burns) but it helps keep the skin from peeling so badly afterward.
