Celebrate Spring with chives fresh from the garden!
Lemon-Chive Pasta:
Cook vermicelli, drain and toss with 2 T. good olive oil, 1 T unsalted butter, salt and freshly ground cracked black pepper. Sprinkle pasta with 4 T. minced, fresh chives, and the zest from a half a lemon. Pass the pasta with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
