It's Above Freezing!! WooHoo!

It finally made it past 32 degrees and has soared to 42 degrees!!  It's tee shirt weather!  LOL!  We are supposed to have rain today.  Alot of rain.  We're in a flash flood warning all day!   We have about four feet of snow on the ground.  Needless to day we will have water everywhere.  Then for Sunday they are talking about a blizzard!!  This weather is crazy!!  My sister lives in Tombstone, AZ and they were snowing yesterday evening.  They were supposed to get 5 inches!!!  That's unheard of.  Then this morning Oklahoma had tornado warnings!  My daughter Rebekah lives in Oklahoma City!!  So how is your weather today?  Any craziness about the weather you've been getting?  Do you wonder about January weather?  I wonder everyday!  Worry alittle to.  Hope your weather is quiet and you weekend is sunny!

We're to get warmer weather today, around 50. Tomorrow is to be around 60 but with rain coming. You're right, this weather has been crazy the past month. I live in PA and we have had barely any snow but almost 7 inches of rain in December.

Yesterday, it was about 25 degrees and snowing. the temperature started rising overnight and are expected into the lower 60's with showers today. That's going to put a big dent into the snow cover we have...about a foot and a half on the ground. We're under a flood watch here. Temperatures will beginning falling again tonight and we're under a high wind warning tomorrow with gusts expected up to 60 miles per hour with more snow coming as we get down near freezing once again.

The only wet stuff we get is rain. But as long as it is overcast it is warmer, once the sun comes out it gets cold.

It's -8 at my house right now. It's supposed to get up to 20 tomorrow, though, and that will feel almost WARM here. lol Normally at this time of years, our highs are somewhere around 20, but most days for the last 3 weeks or so they haven't even reached 0.

I woke this morning to find that my Hubby had "dug out" and made it to the store to buy me a Coke. He is such a sweetie. The rain is melting our snow and the steep road to our farm is somewhat passable today so we will get out and get some groceries.

We had two weeks where it snowed daily. Unheard of in these parts...it was the worst storm in 40 years and the city basically shut down for days.

It was a HEAT WAVE here today!!!! WE actually had temps close to 60 degrees in south eastern Indiana today.
My kids actual went outside in t-shirts & shorts!! It was crazy!

The weather everywhere has been just plain nutty! This morning I woke to some loud noises - the wind blowing stuff - we have a high wind advisory here in Ohio until 9pm, but it is nice and warm (in the 50's) and I will take it. Last night there were records broken all over the state for high temps (in the 60's) and it is raining. The stinky thing is that by the middle to the end of the week we will be back down to cold weather and snow. It was nice while it lasted.

The weather has been wacky!
We are 74 degrees and the kids are outside playing in shorts. It's suppose to cool down big time for the New Year's celebrations, probably even rain, then heat up again.

Only in southeast Louisiana....LOL!
