diapers, wipes, blankets, clothes, car seat, stroller, hats, socks (if it's cold outside), formula (if you're using), boppy pillow (if you're nursing), maternity bra (again if you're nursing), baby shampoo, baby soap

Lol! Lori! I think I went through over 400 diapers in the first 6 weeks. My little girl was making me change them at least 10-12 times a day!

pediatrician, thermometer, nail clippers, butt creme, bulb syringe, infant tylenol, baby oil for cradle cap and skin, lotion, baby bjorn or front carrier, camera, binkies, swaddling, more than one coming home outfit in case baby is larger/smaller than expected, large diaper bag that can fit baby's stuff and your own

and stock up on groceries just before delivery, preferably pre-made frozen stuff, because you won't want to cook for a while

oh, and lots of purell to keep everyone's hands clean before handling the baby, i also keep one in my diaper bag in case i can't get to a sink

and breast pads so you don't leak, lots of burp cloths, and ziplock bags stashed in your diaper bag for dirty clothes (or for dirty diapers in case you're not near trash can), keep clean clothes for baby in diaper bag and at least a clean shirt for yourself, also rubber tipped baby spoons, bowls, lots of velcro bibs

Cloth books with black and white geometric shapes - when babies are very tiny they don't see colour and can focus best on simple clearly defined shapes. My the way CONGRATULATIONS. Moya

Yeeeeah... not sure how this fits in with Grinninjg Toothless Hags. You see, the group is spose to be utterly brilliant snarkiness personified. I have met a few children who met that criteria, but rarely babies.. orn things having to do with the little rotters...
