Happy birthday to me
Happy birthday to me
Happy birthday to meeeeee
Happeeeee birthday to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee.........
Well for those who don't know it was 51 years ago I finally was forced from that nice warm place inside my Mother's belly......after 7 days of labor.......and then became her first born child and son,...........and still her baby boy...................
and 1 of 3.6 million others born in the bigggest birthyear in history....
I was named by my Father and my Uncle after a then famous baseball pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals....Randy Lee..........
but in one of his last drunken stupors he changed the Randy to Randee.......why ? ? ?
to make me unique, separated from the pack of all the other Randy's......it isn't my attempt to show my feminine side Elizabeth........it's My name and I am damn proud of it ! ! !
here is my favorite birthday Song..
embedded from YouTube....
Magician's Birthday by Uriah Heap.......
In the magic garden, some were singing, some were dancing,
While the midnight moon shone brightly overhead.
The stars so gayly glistened and the sphinx in silence listened
To the magician tell of lives that he has led.
Let the bells of freedom ring.
Songs of love to Friday's king.
Let's all go to the magician's birthday.
It's in the forest but not so far away.
Much to do and so much to say,
While we listen to the oaken orchestra play.
Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday - you magician, happy birthday to you.
(Repeat)
And at the dead of midnight, as we watched the dancing firelight,
The air grew cold and seemed to dour the flame.
The fire died, the music faded, filled with fear of death we waited,
For now we knew some evil was to blame.
