Heartfelt versus Fun...

I think that I am noticing a trend here. When I post something more heartfelt, I get less comments, but they are usually longer and more insightful. When I post something light and fun, I see that I am getting more comments that are shorter. Both ways are great, but what I am wondering is if this is a trend GATHERwide or simply because I am new. Either way is excellent. I like both the short and the longer answers, but I was curious what everyone else thought. Thanks.

I agree WHOLEHEARTEDLY. I've also noticed that the shorter it is, the more readers I have (I'm guessing that's a time crunch thing), and that though I try to comment on connections' articles, sometimes it doesn't seem that they comment on mine.

I post anything, though. Sadly, I'm an attention starved little girl in a grown-ups body...LOL

You've made an interesting observation. I'm going to pay attention to my responses on things. I tried to comment on at least one of most everyone of my contact's posts especially during the triple point bonus. There just didn't seem to be enough time because people were posting like crazy.

I really didn't notice. I do know that sometimes I have my comment in mind and as I scroll down I will notice that someone has already said what I was going to say. Maybe great minds do think alike:>)
