Interestingly enough, the original intent was to do just that, after doing what began as "Hay's Haiku of the Day" (and only subsequently became Hay-Ku) for a year (which comes up next month -- not that I intend to stop at this point).
The working title was originally: "Alternate States of Conception: Seeing Life in a New Light." Although I do like the simplicity of your "Hay-Ku for You" and that original working title does seem a tad overly intellectual (my natural default setting) at this point.
Sometime next month, I'll probably create a reverse chronological manuscript (the early stuff had extensive comments and multiple haiku that would probably be best read after the simpler, later stuff that's coming now), and see if any publishers are interested.
Worst case, I'll see if my current publisher wants to do it. Much less anxiety about the process this time around, as the first one was mostly for posterity (life's work and all that) and at least accomplished that objective. At this point, I just want to get the Message/Good News of Who and What We All Really Are out there (and blogging can do that).
Still and all a "best selling author" (though I not really sure how great the market for Truth really is these days, though I suspect its growing geometrically) platform might help get the information to a larger audience (though if it were up to me personally, I would prefer my present "low profile").
Also, while the first book (Out of My Mind and Back to My Senses) had a pretty good Christian theological bent to it (at least after chapter 5), as did the "Biblically Speaking Rich Notes" that were included for several months during this blog last year, my recently "restored spiritual free agent" status (a status I felt compelled to resign for the 9 years my son Matthew served as a Youth and Associate Pastor) has over-ridden that bent quite a bit.
Even so, I am still fairly well versed in the Real Good News that Enlightened and/or Mystical Christianity and Jesus pointed to, should anyone prefer that particular Spiritual Language.

Richard, this was a good one.
