Where does God fit into our modern healthcare system? Most hospitals have Bibles in the bed side drawer and a chapel somewher in the hospital. Chaplains are on call 24 hours a day to talk, counsel, and pray with you.
I've worked in and around hospitals all my life and I can tell you it has been my experience that the lowest paid workers with the least education keep God alive and working in every hospital I've ever been in. It always the janitor, house keeper, kitchen personnel or basic caregiver that when asked 'How are you doing today' will almost always answer 'Blessed, Blessed, Blessed' or 'God is good always' or 'By the grace of God I'm here'. I have never been greeted that way by a doctor, RN, or other high paid professional.
What does that say about our system? Doesn't it make you stop and think? Next time you go to the hospital see for yourself who's keeping God alive and moving in the halls of the hospital.

Don, I have no idea what you mean by your comment, but if it is that God shouldn't even be considered in hospitals, there's really nothing you can do about it.
It also shows that education is the route to understanding beyond the superstitious.
I bet thats what Don meant.
