Hello my Gather-y people,
I wanted to let everyone know that the flu is very much upon us this year and I am posting a link to some precautions to take in hopes you can avoid a bout with the flu this year:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/influenza/DS00081/DSECTION=8
Remember to keep stress to a minimum, get your rest, eat well, and wash hands frequently with soap and water.
If you have the flu already, be sure to rest, rest, rest. Even if you feel you are getting better, take it as easy as is possible to avoid a relapse or complication.
Love ya! Big Healthy Hugs!

I too, open and shut doors with a cloth or towel. Use lotion for hands as we should wash them often. Keeps them from chapping. : ) Wipe off seats when ever possible too.
Canola oil at high heat is not a good thing. The onions, garlic, and kim chee might have you sleeping alone for a while, but you won't be able to do anything anyway if you catch the flu!
Extra Virgin olive oil should be used at lower temps (keep that in mind)
I can give you a great recipe for sauteed spinach that would make you wanna smack your mama. (lots of garlic and olive oil) I can convert the most dedicated of spinach haters.

When I have your 3 year old, my hands get washed several times because we make a mess, then there are my kids, cleaning house, and preparing meals. I have to wash my hands all the time but as for rest, yah right and stress? If I didnt stress about something, I would stress about that hehe does that mean I am a shoe in for the flu? Ugh....
*grin*
and as for toilet, you may be lucky and catch some other hideous disease
Have a great New Year!
Also the dishwasher makes great steam....so grabs some vicks and a towel.....
Just kidding.....sorta ; )
