tuscan chicken slow cooker pasta

1 pound chicken (or turkey) breast, boneless, cut into 1-inch pieces - 16 points
16 oz Canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 4 points
15 oz Canned tomato sauce - 3 points
29 oz Canned stewed tomatoes - 3 points
4 oz sliced canned mushrooms- 1 point
1 Medium green pepper, chopped - 0 points
1 Small onion, chopped - 0 points
2 Medium stalk celery, chopped - 0 points
3 Medium garlic cloves, chopped - 0 points
1 cup Water - 0 points
1 tbsp Italian seasoning - 0 points
6 oz Uncooked whole wheat spaghetti, broken in half - 9 points
Place all ingredients, except spaghetti, in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Turn setting to high, stir in spaghetti and cover. Stir again after 10 minutes, cover and cook until pasta is tender, about 20 minutes more.
