1 can lite tuna in water - 1 point
1 cup chopped celery - 0 points
1/2 cup chopped onions - 0 points
1 T chopped parsley - 0 points
2-3 egg whites - 1 point
1 T lite mayo - 1 point
1 cup crushed cornflakes - 3 points
combine in a large bowl. shape into a loaf and bake 1/2 hour at 350F
total - 6 points
all points are approx. weight watchers' points.
