I am trying hard to drop the pounds for my up coming wedding and was wondering if anyone was doing weight watchers?
I joined the online points system, but I was wondering if anyone out there had experience with WW and had done well.
Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance

Other than that, just stick to the points - drink a lot of water, put down your fork/spoon/knife between each bite (that's an important one!) and eat slowly. Also, when eating out, try to leave some food on your plate (a big problem with me). If it's something healthy - take leftovers! And be sure to work out as well (a plus: workout points!).
WW truly is the best system out there for several reasons: 1) it's not a diet - it's a change of routine (portion control, eating healthier, etc.), 2) you can eat whatever you want. Go ahead - have McDonald's even! You just have to be careful with everything else you eat that day and 3) once you are done with most diets, you go back to eating the way you used to. With WW, you get used to it and it becomes your habit.
Good luck! :)
WW is excellent for the support system...I just don't have one nearby.
