This cookbook is packed full of tasty recipes, good nutrition advice & a lot od necessary knowledge  that diabetics & others need to know. It is a very well written book that could be boring & unappetizing but is far from that low mark!

Not only diabetics can gain from this book but folks with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, etc. can all learn something & get some great recipes for their diet from this one book.

A must! I think there is a place called the Healing Culinary Institute (or something like that) in Florida. (Might be worth looking up.) I wrote to them a while back, but haven't heard much since. I'll have to get this one and add it to our already-extensive library of health and nutrition books. Thanks for posting this!
