I did not support Obama during the primaries, but with the choices that remain he will get my vote in November.
Since "none of the above" is not an option, voting against Obama is a vote for McCain. If you are not persuaded that either Obama or McCain is more preferable It would be better Barr or Nader as a means of registering a protest votes, at least neither of them is likely to win.
Then you mean no values at all, if the last eight years is any indication. Conservatives have brought this country to it's knees, and if you want the job finished, four more years of Bushco rule, with a new talking head to push out in front of the cameras ought to do the job. Obama's running to the center, just like every presidential candidate has for as long as I've been watching, and as far back as the history available to me indicates. In November, he'll be my choice come hell or high water, over McSame. There is a clear choice, four more years of giant corporations lapping up our tax money, the continued murder of the middle class, and yet another war, while staying in Bush's wars as well. Bomb, bomb, bomb, Iran. OK John, that's a wrap.
It's nice to see that someone willing to admit to supporting corrupt values. I admire honesty.
The biggest difference between McCain and Obama is that McCain has some experience while Obama has NONE.
You can't even differentiate by their associates, both have sleazy friends. But McCain's are slightly less so than Obama's.
I firmly beleive that Obama is a closet Muslim and will come out of the closet if elected. "Don't ask, don't tell".
Dr. Phil says that the best indicator of what a person will do is to look at what they've done. This being the case, McCain will make the better president.
Obama has ALWAYS done whatever was politically expedient. He doesn't care one little bit about America or the American people, he cares about Obama.
ANd Sandy,
Obammy is just as corrupt as any other politician. He just hasn't been at it long enough to have a record of corruption. As a matter of fact he doesn't have much of a record at all, except for "mis-speaking" and "not being there".
He lies about everything, depending on which crowd is listening. It's called pandering.
"I firmly beleive that Obama is a closet Muslim and will come out of the closet if elected."
Don, which lie do you want to promote, that Obama shares Wright's views, and is a racist Christian, as you've said before, or that he's a closet Muslim? You got to give up one or the other, son. I firmly believe you need mental help. Even you don't believe either by now, do you Don? God, you are an embarrassment to conservatives everywhere.
"He lies about everything, depending on which crowd is listening. It's called pandering."
Learn a new word, did we? Since you are an expert on lying, perhaps we might give you some credit on this opinion.
THIS is the big fear: "He's gonna change us all. "
Whew. Boy does this feel good.
