A friend of mine's son was hit by a SUV and then the driver backed up and ran over him Wednesday night. He is in critical condition so the family can use everyone's thoughts and prayers. When something like this happens,it makes you realize how precious life is. One minute, you're telling them to finish up their homework and the next minute, your child could be seriously injured. No matter how much my kids can torment me, I always make sure I tell them I may not like what you're doing but I will always love you. That it's the action that's bad,not the person. Give your kids a hug tonight and remind them how much you love them.

My heart goes out to that family.

I hope and pray that this little boy will have a quick recovery, with no permanent damage.
