Not Voting For Clinton Because She's A Woman?

I've read some articles the past few days saying that the authors were not going to vote for Clinton because she's a woman. Some of these articles were written by women. One female voter even said that she doesn't believe a woman is ready to run the country.

None of this makes any sense to me. If you don't want to vote for Clinton because you don't like her politics that I can understand and agree with. But to say that you won't vote for her because she's a woman is nonsense. Why can't a woman run this country? Other countries have had female leaders for many years and they've done a fine job.

And please, don't start in about Clinton's husband. Many presidents did the same things and even worse. What President Clinton did had nothing to do with her.

For a woman to say that the US is not ready for a female leader is playing into what much of this government wants us to believe. Women are not strong enough, women are too emotional, women have to be told what to do and men are the ones to dictate what is best for them.

Ladies and gents be truthful here, do you not want Clinton to be president because she's a woman, don't agree with her politics, or are you afraid of such a big change?

Men do not know everything because they are male and they are not always the best leaders. I'm not saying that women are the best leaders or know everything either but to not to vote for someone because of their sex is, well, uneducated at the least.

If you don't agree with Clinton's agenda then you shouldn't vote for her but to say that she won't get your vote because she's a woman is backwards.

It scares me when a woman says this because it seems to me that she is not only questioning Clinton but herself as well. Is this what you want your daughters to believe; that they cannot ever have a leadership job, even be President of the US because she's female and will alwayd need a man to tell her what to do?
