Does anybody on Gather write reviews on Epinions website? If you do not know what Epinions is, it’s a website that you can write reviews on any product available. You get paid for your reviews based off the amount of money the website makes. I have written several reviews on that site but I have not made a lot of money. I do it because I like to inform other consumers what is good and what to stay away. It is also a great resource to go to when I am looking and researching a potential purchase. Does anybody write for Epinions? What do you think of the site?

They only update payments once a month, but you do not really make much there

I've been with epinions since April of 2000. I have 23 reviews posted there and have earned a total of $75.23. My advice to anyone thinking of joining: if you want to make money, do read ALL the terms carefully. Every review does not necessarily earn money. The site has politics. If you just want a place to pass along information on the products you use, it's a great place.

I signed up, but haven't done much since. I have been too busy with sites that I know I like money on like Associated Content. Thanks for reminding me to check it out again though!

I also write for AC and they can pay out good sometimes.

I joined in February, and I was lucky because they had a promotion that month, were you got 1 $ per review. I wrote 40 reviews, and I wanted to wait until I received payment to write more. I recieved payment about two weeks ago, 40$ and then I got 79c in royalties for one month. My advice is to look out for those promotions. I also received an email from a baby toy company one day, asking if I would like to test one of their toys and write a review. I just received the toy (rather big toy) a few days a go.

Good to know, I also wrote for the ten for ten promotion on Epinions. I think I belong to almost every writing site available, just because I enjoy it so much and then I am making a little money off of it too which makes it even better!

I have written some on it. I have not gotten paid yet, but I did cash out for March after the $10 for 10 thing. Still waiting for check to arrive. Besides that though I have only earned 22 cents.

I have been on there several years but haven't been writing lately. I used to make a good bit before they changed some of their policies.

Yep, first website I ever joined, been there for ages. I'm QuinnElaine over there. Actually, I'm looking for a way to review Gather over there lol which is how I found this post.

I've been on Epinions for over 8 years and am the third most prolific reviewer with over 2,000 reviews. I earn about $100-120 per month, and have been for the last few years.

Yes, I write on there, I am msmorvay. Right now you can make really good money on there due to the promotion. They have been running it for a few months now, but I don't know if it will be here next month or not. I made $120 last month.
