Talk Shows...

What are some of your favorite talk shows to watch? Do you think any of them ever go way too far? I like to watch most of them, but I usually look at them as entertainment rather than as true information. I can't imagine that some of what is on them isn't embelleshed and paid for. What do you think?

I like to watch Dr. Phil, Ellen, and Montel the most, but will sit through any of them to avoid housework...LOL

I don't watch any talk shows, except political talk shows like George Stephanopolis, and Meet the Press, and John Steward and Steven Colbert. I used to watch Chris Matthews Sunday show and Face the Nation, but I can't get them since a judge made a ruling last November that does not allow me to have distant channels. I used to get prine time shows from New York at 5 p.m. By 8 or later I no longer watch TV, except for movies sometimes. I can't even get Los Angeles network shows. San Diego is backward, and often has paid programming on in the middle of the day.

I don't watch them at all. I am always glued to here with Turner Classic Movies in the background:)

i watch Oprah when she something really interesting..hate Dr.Phil show nowadays. i enjoy shows on CNN like Reliable Sources and other ones on Sunday morning..thats about it

The View. Rosie sometimes screams over Elizabeth, and sometimes the others gang up on her, so, yes, it's a little heavy-handed.

Ellen's the only one I like. Well, occasionally Oprah. I loathe Dr. Phil!

Only watch about 1 a week....and I check out to see which guest of their's I want to see. So my usual pics are Martha, Oprah, and Ellen

During the day, I have court/judge programs on in the background...and watch Jerry. Late night, it's Letterman over Leno.

I am working during the day, and at night, the puter takes my time. I will sometimes watch Anderson Cooper 360, but that is mainly for the eye candy! :)~

I like to watch Oprah when she has something interesting on, Dr Phil on occasion and Ellen. I enjoy Ellen most.
