Kerry apologizes, clarifies

What's the deal with John Kerry. He's losing an election that he's not even in.

Maybe these guys need to take a hint from my family we have a rule Stop Think BEFOR you speak.

Notice that he appologised to those that were offended not for what he said. Classic comtemorary Appology. The offended own the problem not the ofender. Also note he indicated he didn't intend to insult the troops. He intended to insult the President. How sad that a US Senator and his sympathisers feel its ok to insult anybody.

The irony is that if he had been giving his audience advice on how to avoid being drafted into the military through staying in school, he could have given as an example, most of those administration warmongers who did just that in their youth. What? You say but there is no draft. I'll wager my Gather points that there is one before these kids finish their education.

Fortunately when the right person is sitting in the Oval office a draft is not always a needed. There are those who would hold that office however that might find supplying the manpower for an Army most difficult. Only an out side influence such as another major attack on US soil would effect the situation.

REINLISTMENT is at around 80% (obviously they found something worthwile and worth fighting for and they have to keep a leash on a lot of those injured to keep them out of combat zones long enough to heal). ALL branches have met or exceeded their quotas (of course you have to be a little less bright now).

how can he say so many big words that he cant define with that huge boot in his mouth? he is obviously stuckin the 60's...oh no its a quagmire, weve lost soooo many(3000 in 5yrs)troops....all of our soldiers are killing babies and raping women while their husbands watch....Some numbskull(cant remember who) said that we should be treating the soldiers coming home the same way we did in vietnam....are you serious!!! what we did to our soldiers then was the ultimate slap in the face to them and many of them never got over it....If the dems think that this is the answer then they are sorely mistaken and hopefuly we dont let them have the chance to do it next tuesday

Everyone knows Kerry is trying to promote himself by bashing Bush. He needs to do this so people will vote the way he wants them to, for the election.
What he fails to realize is we've heard it all before. If we wanted to listen to Kerry, maybe would have voted him into office. Kerry, shutup, you lost. It's getting old already.
