Thanks. I'm a maniac about planning events because even with all the planning something always goes wrong.
I learned the hard way to plan Thanksgiving feasts for crowds pf 16-20 well in advance and plan for things I can start as early as Monday.
Yeah, do as much as possible in advance, then if something goes wrong you can recover from it.
