One of my biggest pet peeves is making tacos or eating taco pizza and trying to get a nice amount of sour cream on my food with a spoon. Usually you end up with huge globs. Yuck!!!
Try this:
Use a small ziploc like an icing bag. Load it with sour cream and cut the corner off. Just a very small and I mean small opening in one of the corners and you have the perfect way to distribute your sour cream.
