What a Beautiful Day

Today I had to go out and do some grocery shopping and what-not. It was amazingly warm! I left the house with a sweater and a coat, but I ended up taking both of them off. It was a beautiful day, and totally different from the freezing weather for the last few days.

I passed by a dog adoption event (every Saturday from noon to 3 PM at the Petco store in the Greenbriar Shopping Center in Fairfax VA), and everyone (especially the kids and the dogs) looked very excited. It was certainly a nice day to meet the new family!

It was great today huh?I wish it would be consistant though.All the weather going up and down constantly now has me left with a sinus infection.Destiny is getting them too.She has a double ear infection and the doctor agreed that most likely this is the cause too.She seems to get that way around the same time either Ken or I do.My mom is sick, my gram is sick and my half sibs both werent feeling well which in turn left my stepmom not feeling to great.Ehh.I love the warm/nice weather but not if it keeps going up and down.

I have the sinus infection too, and the baby has an ear infection and a viral cold. I have gone from the heater to the fan then to the A/C and back to fan today alone in the house. Ugh.

Oh today was a lovely day. The weather was just awesome here. It is always nice to open the windows and let the house air out naturally.

aww, I have a love/hate thing with seeing the dogs up for adoption. Love because I love dogs and hate because I want them and cant have them, lol.

Lisa - me too! I love dogs but my husband and I both work full time and I just don't have the time to take care of one.

Sounds great! I got to eat outside in the backyard today and managed to fend off the pesky yellow jacket. And won't the extra hour of sleep tonight be great? I love grocery shopping too, even though our Hy-Vee has changed the aisles around. Thanks for posting this and let's hope the nice weather sticks around!
