I am 36 and have been married for 14 years. the best advice I can give you is to really listen to each other.. don't wait to talk...listen. Keep going on dates even if you are married for 10 years. The human instinct for fun and touch is undeniable.

You should always have your own account in your name.. I know, I know...you are in love and don;t need it...trust me you do. Save your own money too. you never know.

You do not know anything about me. I work in a very hih stress environment, and use gather as a release....so maybe some people see these articles as "fluff" but if you knew the other topics that I have published in medical journals you would be embarrassed in your statements.
I am beyond mature for my age and the wedding will be perfect. I just was asking for some advice, not wanting people to put me down.
Courtney, one piece of advice....EAT before you get ready. I know you will have butterflies, but eat something, even if it is light, like soup or toast and tea. Also, be careful with the consumption of alot of liquids...use the ladies' before you get dressed....trying to use the facilities in a gown...well...let's just say, bring an entourage!!! :) Have a beautiful day!!!
Congratulations Courtney. Be happy, excited, and just enjoy. It is your special day, and a beginning of a new adventure. Most will be nervous on their wedding day, it is normal, but remember, that special person is lucky to have you in their life, and they care enough to say, I want to share my life with you. That makes you one very special lady.

Congratulations! My suggestion is to remember that your wedding day is only one day. Enjoy that day while remembering you have a life time to spend with the person you've chosen to share your life with. Sometimes people are too focused on the wedding and less focused on the marriage!

My suggestion to you is to get as much help from bridesmaids and family as you can and try not to sweat the small stuff. Otherwise, relax, enjoy your day...and congratulations!
The best advice I can offer is to relax and realize that things can, and probably will happen, just be prepared to go with the flow if it does. The important part of a wedding is the person standing with you exchanging vows, the rest is just icing on the cake. It is very nice, and beautiful and I pray it all goes well for you. Have a wonderful wedding day. Hopefully you will be surrounded by the people you love most and that should be the support you need. congratulations.
