It's happening again....... You change your addy over and over again and still they manage to keep you on their lists. Friends you haven't seen in years are sending you emails about why deoderant can kill you or copies of rosaries , or the same petition or item you "just have to see" over and over again.
It's even worse when it's people you care about. Should you say nothing, hoping that they'll just get the hint by your non response. Or should you say something and risk annoying them so that they no longer send you the personal emails you enjoy getting from them?
I've always wondered, if people really loved me, would they send me email that condemns me to hell or bad luck if I don't forward it to ten people?
Anyway, How do you respond to people in your life who send you spam. Do you ignore them? Do you confront them? And what about that guy you went to high school with that seems to feel a need to send you the Ben Stein email that has been around the internet 50 times or the warnings about deoderant - as if you are going to stop using it.

Changing mail doesn't work. They will find you!
Deleting doesn't work. They forget what they sent and since you haven't replied, they'll send it ten more times (groan:-{ )
If you are rude, well, , what was I going to say? Oh yeah, it's not nice to be rude (boy that sounds funny to say)
Since they believe in luck and good fortune so much through the mail, do this:
Construct a mail that states if they send one out they will have bad luck forever, lose all their money, and denounce that they are your "friend." Kind of like a country song played backwards. A "reverse fortune" shall we say?
