I have a couple of sites that even if I don't qualify they give me 5 points. When I reach 1000 points on one of them I get to cash in for $50. I have been paid by them before.

It depends on your demographic. It also depends on the company. Seems like since I turned 50, my survey offers are few and far between.

I think surveys are slow for alot of people right now.I've often heard that you need to be signed up with about 50-100 companies to actually do well with this.I noticed that to be true for myself as well.That way when one company doesn't have a survey maybe another company does.It also depends on the company's your with and what they're looking for.If you tweak your profiles alittle too and off and on it helps increase your chances of more surveys comming your way.Even if it's little things such as age and income that makes a big difference with some companies.

Lori - I know which company you were talking about. I like them very much for exactly the same reason - They compensate me for the effort of trying.

I am also signed up with over a hundred of survey companies. I can't even keep track of them. A lot of them don't even send me any invites at all. And then for those who send me a lot of invite, I usually don't qualify. That's why it's frustrating.

I know who you are talking about as well, and I have noticed lately that they have stopped offering points for trying and are starting to offer more surveys with only a sweeps entry as a reward. They used to never offer sweeps entries, only points. I hate the sweeps entry ones and skip them.

I identify completely Selene. I was just complaining about that to a friend in an email today. I've received about 20 invitations in the last few days and only qualified for one short survey for points. I thought it was just me because I'm older, poorer, or don't have little kids.

It is strange. Some days you qualify for everything and then on others you end up feeling like a reject! LOL

another tip for surveys with certain companies.If your latino they usually get more and if you have kids it usually increases your surveys.Selene, I emailed you some things and hope they help you.Try to make a list when you sign up with companies.The list should have yot log in info, password, username or other info about them as well as the link.I didn't do that at first and have regreted it.Some panels don't send email reminders and if you don't log in to check your account you can miss the surveys and they can end up dropping you.Now that I have the list I just keep checking back with the companies off and on when things are slow and then usally I can find some other surveys to take and make a few adjustments.
