Here's another oldie but goodie from my recipe box.
3 Cups cooked chicken, cut up ( good way to use leftover chicken, or cheap cooked leg quarters )
1 lb. box uncooked spaghetti
I can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped ripe olives
1 - 2 ribs chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. chicken broth or 1 chicken boullion cube in 1 cup water
1 Cup chopped American cheese ( or Velveeta )
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Drain spaghetti, save broth. Saute onion and celery in a little butter. Drain spaghetti; add to chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onion, celery, and olives. Mix soup with chicken broth left from cooking spaghetti. Add 1/2 the cheese. Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle other 1/2 cheese on top of casserole. Bake 15 minutes.
