Another quarter has been dropped in the All 80's Jukebox and this one helped set Heavy Metal as a force to be reckoned with in the 80s. It broke the mold of Metal not being taken seriously when the album it came from reached Number 1 for the first time in Billboards Top 100 history which in turn brought about a surge in metal artists being signed.
Cum on Feel the Noise from Quiet Riot's Metal Health Album was that song (Special thanks to Kimmie for the correction on the name of the Album!!). the song was actually a cover originally done by a band called Slade in 1973, but is remembered more by the Quiet Riot version. I looked for an official Website for the band but was unable to find one. This might be due to the lead singer Kevin DuBrow passing away in 2007 as the result of a cocaine overdose and the band no longer performing but I cant confirm that they haven't found a new singer so all I can do is speculate. If you know or can find an official website for the band please let me know so I can include it here.
