One night when the night falls upon me,
I will look up and see the stars in the sky.
Instead of the darkness that blankets me with sadness,
deep within.
One day I will break free of the blanket,
and be free of my sadness. I will open the door and
walk barefoot in the beautiful green grass.
With the sun beaming down on me like never before,
the wind comforts me as the blamket flies away in
the breeze.
If rain shall fall than so be it, I will dance while the
raindrops fall upon my face, and indulge myself,
soaking wet, in freedom of the day,
that sadness went away.
