This is from a ranching list I am on, he is a friend I have never spoken too nor met, and yet I feel his apeal with all my heart, and so I ask you to pray for his dear wife at this time of great worry for them.
Thank you

Dear Folks:
Just a quick note to let you know why I have not been active on this
list.
First of all I received an email from Yahoo saying there was a
problem with my email. That was insignificant comparatively
speaking.
My wife Cynthia suffered a heart attack and she has spent almost
half of the month in and out of the hospital. A determination was
made that she has CHF and that her mitral valve in her heart is
going to need replacing. That is a very frightening event for both
of us. Our faith remains very strong. Tonight I am able to write
because we are in a motel allowing her time to rest and get some
strength. She will have a cardiological consult next week we are
hoping. We are living in a construction trailer with no electric and
no running water while our house is being built. I do have a
generator and it costs about $15 a day to keep it going. So I
decided to bring her here for the inbetween time. Our house is going
up and there are now trusses in place and walls so hopefully it
won't be long! Please pray for Cynthia and for me. I am originally
from NC and there is no family here on my side. Cynthia has a
daughter that lives 4 miles from us but after I called her and told
her about her mom she has not visited Cynthia or called except to
ask for money to pay her own rent. That angers me, but I am trying
to remain as Christian as possible about it all.
Having no family here means whenever Cynthia has the surgery I will
be alone. Of course I know God is present, but being alone while the
person you love most in this world has her heart removed and fixed
is still very frightening. So please pray for me.
I heard my first and saw my first coyote the other night as I
checked on the cattle. It was without a doubt the most horrfying <script type="text/javascript"><!-- D(["mb","

\nAnyway I am obtaining a pistol and will get every single one I can
\nput a bead on. We have everything ready for goats, but of course
\nwith all that\'s been going on in our lives we have not had time to
\npurchase any.
\n
\nPlease, OH PLEASE remember my beautiful, wonderful wife in your
\nprayers!

I'll definitely pray for her, my own mother had cancer at one point being the sole provider for my family, so I understand what this guy's going through.
Let him know both him and Cynthia are in our prayers, and he is not alone during the surgery, they are both in our hearts and minds.
Each day I feel a little better. As I hope this lady will.
