"The Coming Storm" Book Contest

Right now I am only reading the Bible since all my books are packed away ,have not received my book yet The Death Of Bunny Munro would be the book I ll be reading once Gather sends it to me.

I would love to win this book to read , since we do not have any other means of entertainment. No car, so its reading, computer ,tv.

Right now I'm reading Textbooks. Anatomy & physiology, sociology, and medical terminology.
This sounds like a great book. I love reading and haven't had time to read for pleasure lately because of school. I normally get them from the library but I don't seem to have time to read them in the allotted time they give you. :(

I am reading Geraldine Brooks "Nine Parts of Desire, The hidden world of Islamic Women" for my book group. it is a non fiction.

I love reading all types of books. I read your review and was interested for two of your reasons: 1) it is a series, yet it is a self contained book that can be read out of order in the series and 2) its a historical fiction. Thank you for letting me enter.

I've read several of Tracie Peterson's books in the past and liked them all. Historical fiction is definitely one of my favorite types of books.

I just read your review, I missed it originally--I was in Georgia at that time. It sounds like a really good book. I love historical fiction, and I like that it can stand alone even though it is part of a series.

I would like to read the book, it sounds right up my alley, and I don't recall ever reading anything by the author before. Now that I have the opportunity to stay home with my boys, I find I have a little more time to read, so I am always looking for new material.

I am currently reading Back To Madeline Island by Jay Gilbertson. I picked it up for $0.50 at library book sale, but I didn't realize at the time that it was a sequal. It's good so far, but unfortunately I had a hard time connecting at the beginning, as I felt like I was missing half of the story since I didn't read the first book.

I just finished The Eyre Affair this morning, now I'm reading Evernight.
I have read Land of My Heart and liked it a lot, I like historical fiction as well.
I read your review and see that I didn't need to read the first book to get into the second book, but I'm glad I did. It was a pretty good read.

I love your review! I am reading "From Fatigued to Fantastic"! So, as you can tell by the title it isn't a heart pounder, not a love story, although there is a bit of mystery to it, but I would really like to be reading something that doesn't make me yawn and makes me want to come back for more. I'm sure it will be just as good for my health as what I am reading right now.

This is a great sounding book Connie. I entered a contest a while back here on Gather where they asked what time frame would you have liked to be born in, I always wanted to be born in the Little House on the Prairie times because the families seemed to be much closer then. I have always been interested in this time frame of this book. I am reading The 8th Confession by James Patterson right now and I did read your review and I thought it sounded good when you posted it. So enter me please.

btw, I think it is a great idea to pass on a book like this. I wish others would do it.
