Its like the pain comes back to haunt you...
Always there, always persistant...
Your heart feels empty ...
You feel nothing but sorrow...
Twisting and tormenting....
No empathy for your tears....
Often feeling as if you have fallen...
Into a deep dark hole of despair...
Trying to reach up....
Trying to just find a way out of it....
I know the sun is above me...
But shadows of the past is all I see...
And I do hold my hand up....
Letting the rays of the sun warm me....
But the darkness stabs at me....
Making me pull me back...
My mind tells me this is insanity....
My heart tells me its melancholy....
My soul tells me its lonliness...
