1 cup water
1 tsp aniseed
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
Combine all ingredients in small pan. Bring to boil, lower heat, simmer for 5 minutes. Strain, serve hot. Often used to comfort sore throats and chest colds.
