I know how you feel and I feel horrible for you! Yesterday was my birthday and we were going to all go to Jason's dad's for a family celebration and Jason had a headache so he bailed on me and wouldn't help me with the kids. I was so mad that before I walked out the door I made a comment about how it wouldn't matter if I was dying- I would STILL be the one totally responsible for the kids.

Im so sorry you are ill.
Sounds about like what hubby and I both came down with on the same day about a month back. IT was no fun that is for sure. It took a few days to get feeling better too.

I hope you get to feeling better soon.

My son got the flu/congestion on Saturday night in the middle of the night. I started to get him better. Then Sunday night my daughter got it in the middle of the night. I am going on almost no sleep too. Although I haven't caught it yet, but probably will. I took a vacation day off work today to have time for ME. Well that just bites.
Being a MOM is not an easy job sometimes. That's for sure.

I hope you feel better soon. your right, SAHM's don't EVER get a break or a day off. Simply because it's not considered a "job" even though its the most important one. Maybe hubby will take care of things tonight so you can rest a bit.

They sure don't. I remember lying on the couch some nights watching Gideon play with the flu. Not fun at all.

Now that he's in school and I CAN be sick, I haven't been. LOL

I hope you feel better soon. I've been wanting a sick day today, too! Luckily for me, my little guy is awesome, and will have extra quiet time and stuff when I'm sick. He took an extra nap with me today, and Daddy took care of him this morning, since he came home really early from work last night (2 am, instead of 730-8 am). I slept about 12 hours and am feeling some better, though I'm still not ready to get more than a few feet from my bathroom! Ugh.
