I have not been spending alot of time on Gather lately, but I am ready to redeem my points, but when I try to do it , it takes me to a page that allows me to do everything except for redeeming my points. Did I miss something during my time away?

Thanks for any help.....

heres a helpful hint i got from kevin v:

when you get to the page where there is supposed to be a sign in prompt, sign out then sign right back in. worked for me!

Go back out of gather and come back in and log in. That works for me.

That was happening to me the other day. I did just as everyone else just suggested to you and it worked. Sadly, I couldn't really find anything I was interested in to redeem.
