Little town, Big problem

Hello Gather Family,

                 I would like to let you all know about something that bugged me til no end yesterday and last night. I came home early because I broke my toe, and was hurting being on it all day. When I came home, I saw a young man wearing glasses, in a Grey Lumina, parked in my neighbors driveway, sideways. I was concerned because I have never seen this boy before. And my neighbor happens to be my son's mother-in-law and she wasn't home at the time.  I called the police and they came out like 20 minutes later. My daughter came home from school before the police got here. My daughters bus driver, a sweet woman, waited til my daughter was in the house because of the man being outside of his vehicle. He then got into his car and went into the park which is across from us, there is only one way in and one way out through that road. Finally the police showed up and I told him that he went into the park. He stayed for awhile in there. He came back to talk to me and told me he ran his plates and then told me that he knows the boy. He has put him in jail before and was using his father's car. He said he use to live in that house (our house) and pulled over because of the school bus, which was a lie. I was told that if he comes back again to call the police again.

              Next day I told my daughters bus driver to keep an eye on this man, she said she would and said she thought it wasn't right. I called her school to let them know and was told that there are 11 sexoffenders here in this little town. I was in SHOCK!! A little town, having that many sexoffenders, very scary. I just wanted to let my Gather family know, look at the State Police website in your area. Look under sexoffenders, to see if there are any close to you. I was shocked to find that there are 3 near me. Just wanted to let you all know so that your children can be safe, I am going to have someone here when she comes home now, since I get home 30 after she does. Also, get the Alerts too when a sexoffender comes into your neighborhood. They will call you and let you know. Be safe and take care.
