PHOTO CHALLENGE! #9- Guess what this is!

Marco P. started a mystery photo challenge.  It was really fun!  For some time now, he has been doing celebrities.  I don't know much about celebrities, so it's not interesting to me.  I've decided to start a new one (I promise no celebrities!).

This is a snippet from a photo.  Try to guess what it is!  I will monitor the guesses and give hints.  You can guess as many times as you would like!

it is that part of the puter monitor screen where black shows and then there is a small ledge which is the silver part of monitor......if not, then i have no clue!
