PHOTO CHALLENGE! #8- Guess what this is!

Marco P. started a mystery photo challenge.  It was really fun!  For some time now, he has been doing celebrities.  I don't know much about celebrities, so it's not interesting to me.  I've decided to start a new one (I promise no celebrities!).

This is a snippet from a photo.  Try to guess what it is!  I will monitor the guesses and give hints.  You can guess as many times as you would like!
