Some people find it easy to say "I love you", while others find it difficult or think it's unnecessary. Along these lines you may have heard the story of the man who told his wife "I said I love you on the day we got married. I'll let you know if I change my mind"
Do you express your love in words or do you think that it's enough to say "I love you" with your actions?

I also tell my daughter I love her every day. The poor kid lost her mommy to illness last year. The least I can do is remind her I love her every chance I get.
I think the words can be over used and quite frankly feel you can tell how a person truly feels by their actions. Then again it might just be a cultural thing.
