Here's the deal. The last response to this post when i reach my 100 point mark (im at 58 points currently) will receive 20 comments from me! I think im more afraid of a tornado than hurricane Candy! At least hurricanes we have a little time to prepare & leave, tornadoes just can pop up & go!

But tornadoes you hide in YOUR basement and wait it out and it is over in 10 min or so Hurricanes it is forever.

Maybe it is just what you are use to.

When the tornado passed the house in front of me was torn up and the garage gone. I was lucky it didn't kill me. Now when it rains like crazy, I stay home!!

Same here..But the tornadoes that I saw in front of me did do building damage but luckily no damage to humans. The house that I mentioned earlier had 5 kids in it....I can't believe noone was hurt!
