A while ago I mentioned that my fingers started swelling (due to pregnancy). Kathryn Esplin-Oleski advised me to take off my engagement and wedding rings, otherwise I might run the risk of having to cut them off. I didn't want to at first, but I am *so glad* that I listened to her. Look, that's as far as the ring would go back on. These photos were taken 3 weeks ago, so it is even worse now. There is no way for me to take the rings off now, if I had not already taken them off earlier. Thanks, Kathryn!

It would be a good idea to tell your care provider or obstetrician about your swelling. It's normal to have some swelling, but you still want to have someone monitor it.
