The following message was printed on the side of my coffee cup at Starbucks, tonight. As I See It # 80 Anger is a vital life force. When used artistically or nondestructively it has the power to move worlds.

When I am angry, I prefer to recognize it and do something about it right away. Anger actually motivates me. I've known way too many people who have used their anger in violent ways. A long time ago I promised myself that I would never become one of those people. Thanks for your comment.
I've never been too angry to write. The angrier I get the faster I type!!! Give me some loud music, and my keyboard, and I can write my anger away in no time.
I worked at one for a while. Definitely overrated (except the frappaccino).
My article "The Family See-Saw" covers all of that.
Peace
Live and let live!!!
Yes I drink Starbucks when I'm in the area. Last night I went to the mall and the entire foodcourse was closed for renovations, and The Second Cup at the mall was out of sandwiches, so off I went to Starbucks. I can't believe what I paid to eat there, but I was hungry.
I've been awake ever since, due to the coffee I drank, and the bowl of coffee beans I ate. LOL
As for the receiver's boundaries, that works both ways. True that a lot of the times receivers can play the victims, but I've known many angry people who don't give a rat's ass about the receiver, and they let their anger turn into rage and abuse, not communicating a message to the receiver, but beating the receiver down. This is what has caused a lot of people (including myself!) to FEAR anger. Anger in it's proper form is nothing to fear, but as rage and abuse it can be misunderstood. Thank you for your point.
The pumpkin spice lattes at Starbucks are just divine.
Anger CAN move worlds, because anger is love-based, and Love is the only thing that ever really changes anything [for the better].
Violence changes the appearance of things, but the underlying drama addictions are only strengthened by violence.
Anger, on the other hand, used correctly (which takes a great deal of discipline - to ALLOW Divine Love to just move through you in that expression) - anger says to its object, "I CARE about you, dammit! Would I be angry if I didn't have love that needs to connect????" like that.
