I got this offer in the mail. Remedy Magazine is giving away a 3-year free subscription (no obligation, no shipping, no "pay X year and then get 3 years free", no "sign up with other X number of offers", nothing).

The offer URL printed on the post card was:

But it will automatically change to:
http://www.omeda.com/rx/

There is a very short (one page) survey (and it's not the kind of "fake survey and true referral offers") that you need to fill out.
