I stumbled across a frugal meal with ramen noodles that my husband and I love. I had a small frozen steak and wanted to stretch it to feed two people. I sliced it up into thin strips and browned it in the frying pan.
I cooked two packages of beef ramen noodles, flavored them with the beef flavoring and drained, then stirred in the steak strips. I topped it off by stirring in a little soy sauce. It was great. I think you could add broccoli to stretch it further.
