Help with Netwinner!

it seems like netwinner is changing quite a bit. so i can't help you out.

I would ask j r - she's been very successful on Netwinner.

I think you're missing a step. I kept missing it when I started. I wish I could remember it off hand. I agree that J.r. would be a good person to contact.

check your spam or junk filters

Well, my "junk" goes to my junk box and I check that everyday. I just tried again to confirm my prize, same thing, I didn't get my verification code. Do we have to go through this every time? If we earned something, why don't they just send it?

Problem solved, you have to go through the Moneywheel (looks like original site)site rather than Prizevillage or Free Wheel , otherwise there are steps missing

Jane, they do this every time you redeem. Have you every received any other emails from Netwinner? On the www.netwinner.com site, you can go to the community tab, there are often answers to a lot of questions. I have never had this problem myself, but if you have received other emails from them, it seems really strange. On the community page there are also usually listed an email address that you can email. I once emailed about a card that was overdue, and I received an answer the next day and the card a few days later. Don't give up....you've earned your card.

I am not on the Netwinner site right now, but when I am done on the site I am playing right , I will go over there and see if I can find an email for you.
