Inexpensive Beauty Tips

Most of this came from my inbox, but I have added some of the tips I know also.

1) Cure dandruff: Smash 30 aspirins and add to inexpensive shampoo. It cures dandruff and won't strip hair color.
2) Facelift for cheeks, eyes and chin: Hemorrhoid cream contains the shark's liver oil and yeast found in expensive firming creams. It shrinks tissues and reduces swelling. ***My sister in law uses hemorrhoid cream for everything! Got a cut or a burn? Here she comes with hemorrhoid cream!***
3) Reduce eye puffiness: Put a metal spoon in ice cold water, then put it under your eye for about 30 seconds. If you have a baby, freeze a teething ring overnight, and apply it to the puffy area the next morning.
4) Firming and moisturizing mask: Mash bananas and add two tablespoons of honey to make a soft pulp. Apply it over entire face. To remove, rinse
face with cold water.
5) More moisturizer: apply Crisco to your face. Hospitals use it to treat psoriasis and eczema.
6) Pimple remover: Squeeze eye-redness remover onto a cotton swab and hold it on pimple for 10 to 15 seconds. It will become colorless.
7) Hair buildup remover: Rinse hair with apple cider vinegar to remove buildup caused by gels, mousses, conditioners and hairsprays.
8) Burn fat: Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to water, and drink at least 8 glasses a day. ***I get water gain in my legs every time I visit in Kansas. My aunt makes me drink this. It seems to work***
9) Nail whitener: For an "instant French manicure," add denture cleanser to 1 cup of water and soak your nails.
10) Use vegetable shortening for chapped lips. You can carry it around in a small container. Works great.
