1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp instant espresso powder
3 TBSP powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
In a medium bowl combine the cream, espresso powder and vanilla. Beat
with an electric mixer while slowly adding in the powdered sugar.
(Gradually increase the electric mixer speed as you add in the sugar.)
Whipped cream is ready when it is thick and will form solid peaks
