I'm still not happy with Starbucks because they do not offer cold kid drinks but they are organizing a great event to benefit Jumpstart. And after all, finding interesting stuff for kids to do is my business, soo...
"About Jumpstart Jumpstart is a national non-profit early education organization that ensures low-income preschoolers enter school with the foundation of skills necessary to their future success. Jumpstart directly combats the rising trend of school unpreparedness by pairing low-income preschoolers and caring adults in year-long, one-to-one mentoring relationships. The program operates 60 sites nationwide, serving 10,000 children annually."
Go to the website and see where your event will be. Mine is at a library where there will be free drinks served.
Enjoy, hope you like.

When I was in NY they new me by name from one week to the next! And the drinks are never the same from one time to the next now. I make my own hot lattes at home now but still crave those cold frapps.
Thanks for commenting.
Paul, It is the least they can do, right? They make plenty of money. I started going again after I saw the story of the guy who started the company. I always assumed it was some rich guy who got richer, but his story starts with humble beginnings.
