IxDA Boston is thrilled to announce that Steve Mulder, Author of The User Is Always Right: A Practical Guide to Creating and Using Personas for the Web, will be facilitating a condensed version of his Personas Workshop, "The User Is Always Right: Making Personas Work for Your Site".

Supplies to participate in the workshop will be provided upon arrival.

I wish I could´ve gone to this, buddy. I will definitely have to check out this book later. Does Mulder have any articles of interest that you know about online for me to look at now?

I just wish other pre-Simulationists were exploring these issues with the same intensity and depth as you do.
