those are all some great women, but not a lot of them would classify as entrepreneurs, how about Mary Kay, I know you had to have thought of her. It may only be make up, but she has given a lot of women a start at new and rewarding lives. Of course Oprah, is one of my faves, she really does do good works.

Maybe it would be nice to find someone local that you could actually interview.

I would have liked to find someone local, but was unable to locate enough history on the ones I was interested in to fill a nine page report. I would have liked to have found a business that maybe would have surprised people to learn it was started by a woman, instead of some of the more well knowns, though while still admirable I am afraid many of my classmates might tend toward the same line of thinking. I am close to saying forget it and doing it about Jenna Jameson, lol. At least I could be assured that no one else in my class would have done the same thing. :)

If, according to Wiki, an entrepreneur is defined as: a person who undertakes and operates a new enterprise or venture and assumes some accountability for the inherent risks, how can any of the women above not be classified as such? Not every entrepreneurial venture is a business venture. The definition is broader than that. Oh well.

in reagards to a business class, it would make sense to use a business entrepreneur

Well, what about the lady that made the "Curves" exercise business? I am sure she would be a great one.
